ANOTHER SOLID YEAR
Tradition Mortgage is grateful for another strong year of business in 2017, fueled in part by strong relationships with Education Minnesota, Minneapolis Police Federation, Plymouth Police Department, and many, many other strong business partners. Thus far in 2017, TM has closed over 2,000 transactions for over $500,000,000 to help clients build, buy, and refinance their existing loans.

STELLAR SERVICE
Tradition Mortgage is excited to continue its growth and high levels of customer satisfaction as we invest in new technologies and products to best serve our clients and business partners. Throughout a busy and growing year, we have maintained our industry leading levels of customer service with clients rating Tradition better than a “9” out of a possible “10” for customer service satisfaction. On a technology note, we are incredibly excited to now offer a mobile phone app to help our clients, referral partners, and Loan Officers get business done on the go.

MORE LOCATIONS
Our company continues to grow as we now have over 65 employees with offices in Edina, Lakeville, Plymouth, Woodbury, Saint Paul, Fergus Falls, Brainerd, Aitkin, and River Falls, WI. Our footprint is continuing to grow in 2018 as we will expand our lending efforts in Ohio with a new office in Bowling Green staffed by longtime TM Loan Officer Erika Eigner.

A LITTLE COMPETITION
Work hard, play hard is our motto, and we do it well. One big highlight is the annual Tradition Pond hockey game, with nearly 40 participants entirely from the various Tradition Companies and hosted at the historic Braemer Arena in Edina . The event lived up to its billing, with many close games and more than a few altercations. Despite competing against rosters with more than a few former professional hockey players, Team All-MIAC took the cup for the third year in a row, again proving that MIAC graduates are not only great students, but also elite athletes.

OFFICE FUN
One other fun note was the annual Halloween costume contest held between companies at the Tradition World Headquarters in Lakeville. Despite some great costumes by the competition, the prize went to the Lakeville Tradition Mortgage operations staff for their Scooby Doo ensemble.
